God gives us the opportunity to live, to learn and to love. He challenges us to follow Christ by putting our faith into action. Our mission is to “deliver the saving message of Jesus Christ, and nurture spiritual growth in families”. Our vision is to be “An inviting community, worshiping christ, and growing together”. We do this by sharing His message of salvation, truth, and mission.

Trinity is inviting to all. We have many opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to connect with God. Our worship services are built so that everyone can come and participate with us worshiping God. Our people are always extending invitations to experience Jesus with us. You are welcome here!

Trinity is a caring community of people. We are interconnected and invested in each others lives. Caring for one another and working to build lasting relationships.
Worshiping Christ…
Worshiping Christ is at the center of who we are and what we do. We believe that He is the way to eternal life and the source or our salvation.

The people of Trinity desire to have an even closer walk with Jesus and an ever greater commitment to using our gifts in His kingdom.

Our Beliefs & Values
We are a Christian congregation that holds to the Bible as our authority for all our beliefs and teachings. Chief among those teachings is that there is one God made up of three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe and teach that God the Father is the creator of all things. We believe and teach that God the Son, Jesus Christ, was born in human flesh. He sacrificed Himself on the cross and was raised from the dead so that all who repent and trust in Him will also receive eternal salvation from sin and death. We believe and teach that God the Holy Spirit is the giver and sustainer of our faith and dwells within all who have faith in Jesus Christ.
Grace Alone
By His suffering and death as the substitute for all people of all time, Jesus purchased and won forgiveness and eternal life for them. Those who hear this Good News (Romans 10:17) and believe it have the eternal life that it offers. God creates faith in Christ and gives people forgiveness through Him. (Romans 6)
Faith Alone
God loves the people of the world, even though they are sinful, rebel against Him and do not deserve His love. He sent Jesus, His Son, to love the unlovable and save the ungodly. (John 3:16-17)
Scripture Alone
The Bible is God’s inspired, inerrant and infallible Word, in which He reveals His Law and His Gospel of salvation in Jesus Christ. It is the sole rule and norm for a Christian Life. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

Our Story
Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Delray Beach, FL Inc.
A small group of families started meeting for prayer and bible study in 1902. God placed on their hearts the mission of reaching out to Delray Beach through the establishment of Trinity Lutheran Church in 1904. Trinity built the original church building in 1904. That building is the oldest existing church building in the City of Delray Beach. Trinity opened a school to invest in the lives of Delray Beach’s children by providing Christian education in 1948. The original church building was moved from its original site in downtown Delray Beach to our present location in 1965. What started out in 1904 as a small group of families worshiping God has grown to an 8 acre campus where hundreds of families daily continue to worship Jesus through our church and school.
