Fellowship Hall

Open Room used as Cafeteria, Birthday Parties, Concerts, Banquet and Wedding Receptions. Capacity is dependent upon type of use.

Room is available for $110 per hour. $250 cancellation, cleaning and damage deposit. You are responsible for cleaning by returning space to the same condition it was when you arrived.

Cleaning and Audio/Video Tech services are available for $50 per hour.
Theatre style chair set up is $200 (up to capacity 306 chairs)
Small banquet style with up to 25 tables and up to 200 chairs is $133.35
Large banquet style with up to 32 tables and up to 256 chairs is $215.00

Main Sanctuary

Used for weddings and funerals. Flat use fee of $1000 for all events.

$250 cancellation, cleaning and damage deposit. You are responsible for cleaning by returning space to the same condition it was when you arrived. Cleaning and Audio/Video Tech services are available for $50 per hour.

Upper Conference Room

Upper Conference Room $45 per hour. Present set up capacity of 24 seated at the tables. Max capacity of room is 43. $250 cancellation, cleaning and damage deposit. You are responsible for cleaning by returning space to the same condition it was when you arrived. Cleaning and Audio/Video Tech services are available for $50 per hour.

Sports Field

Bermuda Grass approximately 85 yards by 85 yards playing field. 2 stationary bleachers and 4 movable bleachers. Field is available for $80 per hour. $250 cancellation, cleaning and damage deposit. You are responsible for cleaning by returning space to the same condition it was when you arrived.

Courtyard

Nice outside courtyard area with 8 picnic tables around an old Live Oak Tree surrounded by classrooms. Secured area with restrooms. $55 per hour. $250 cancellation, cleaning and damage deposit. You are responsible for cleaning by returning space to the same condition it was when you arrived. Cleaning and Audio/Video Tech services are available for $50 per hour.

Library

School Library with several tables. Capacity is 10 to 25 depending on use. Room is available for $40 per hour. $250 cancellation, cleaning and damage deposit. You are responsible for cleaning by returning space to the same condition it was when you arrived. Cleaning and Audio/Video Tech services are available for $50 per hour.

Gymnasium

Capacity is up to 684 depending upon use. Bleachers hold 384 people. 6 basketball hoops, two volleyball nets and stage platforms are available if needed. Room is available for $95 per hour. $250 cancellation, cleaning and damage deposit. You are responsible for cleaning by returning space to the same condition it was when you arrived.

Cleaning and Audio/Video Tech services are available for $50 per hour.

Small banquet style with up to 25 tables and up to 200 chairs is $133.35
Large banquet style with up to 38 tables and up to 304 chairs is $255.00

Historic Chapel

Built in 1904 in downtown Delray Beach. Moved to current location in 1965. It has been designated as a historic structure by the City of Delray Beach contributing to the history through its age, historic role, architectural, and cultural significance. Chapel is used for worship services and bible studies. Capacity is up to 100 as set up for church style services. Fee is based on usage.

Lower Conference Room

Smaller Conference Room with monitor, white board and seating around table for 8 with 3 additional chairs on the side. $250 cancellation, cleaning and damage deposit. You are responsible for cleaning by returning space to the same condition it was when you arrived. Cleaning and Audio/Video Tech services are available for $50 per hour.

Outside Basketball Court

Main Playground with Sports Court – outdoor. One Basketball Court and room for expansion. $40 per hour. $250 cancellation, cleaning and damage deposit. You are responsible for cleaning by returning space to the same condition it was when you arrived.

Youth Room

2nd floor room which opens to outside hallway. Available restrooms are in the room. Set up youth room (fun) style. Capacity is 15 to 60 depending on use. Room is available for $45 per hour. $250 cancellation, cleaning and damage deposit. You are responsible for cleaning by returning space to the same condition it was when you arrived. Cleaning and Audio/Video Tech services are available for $50 per hour.

Classrooms

Any of our classrooms can be set up with desks and chairs. Rooms are available for $38.50 per hour. $250 cancellation, cleaning and damage deposit. You are responsible for cleaning by returning space to the same condition it was when you arrived. Cleaning and Audio/Video Tech services are available for $50 per hour.
